About Fesko Development & Construction
Tim Fesko is a quality designer and builder who started designing and developing homes in the bay area over 26 years ago.

Tim started designing custom homes while still in college in 1980. During his early years, he was directly responsible for many large (4000+ square feet) custom residences and many commercial projects (Sizzler Restaurant & several Burger King restaurants).

As a partner in CFS Builders during the late 1980's and early 1990's, he was responsible for the design and overall supervision of Custom homes ranging in size from 3700 sq. ft to 4300 sq. ft (including his own personal home pictured above located in Morgan Hill, CA).

After a time away from the building industry while building a software company and Meadowcliff Resort, Tim felt compelled to reenter the building industry, his true calling. After working in the building industry for other quality oriented builders since 2000, Tim decided it was time to venture out on his own, thus the creation of Fesko Development and Construction.
